Annual Child Abuse Symposium

Each year CAC-LMJC hosts a one-day symposium on the subject of child abuse. We gather to hear from local and national speakers from a variety of fields including law enforcement, education, therapy, and the judicial system. 

Who should attend the Annual Symposium?
If you work with children, are a social worker, or a community member who wants to learn more about preventing child abuse, please make plans to attend this conference.   

Continuing Education
CEUs, POST, Ethics hours, and Foster parent credit will be available.

If the child is in immediate danger, call 911. 

Child abuse and/or neglect reports are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
