Anthony Dye is the Executive Director at the Children’s Advocacy Center of the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit.

Anthony has been with the Children’s Advocacy Center since 2018. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling from Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL.

In addition to his Executive Director duties, Anthony is also a certified Forensic Interviewer and serves as a mental health counselor.

He spends a great deal of time educating the community on child abuse prevention and awareness as well as building relationships with law enforcement officers, school staff, and other community partners.

Anthony enjoys the team aspect of the CAC. He has a true passion for the special needs community and works hard to make sure that every child that comes through the doors of the CAC feels safe and is cared for.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, beekeeping, and working on his small farm.

Holly Kittle is the Assistant Director and Senior Forensic Interviewer at the CAC, as well as the Multi-Disciplinary Team Coordinator.

Holly has been with the CAC since 2009 and has conducted more than 2400 forensic interviews during that time. She holds a degree in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Prior to the CAC Holly interned at the Knoxville Police Department and worked for Georgia Bureau of Investigation Division of Forensic Sciences in the Medical Examiner’s Office for 6 years.

She loves being able to be a safe place for kids to share their stories and witnessing the beginning of their healing journey.

In her spare time, Holly enjoys traveling with her family, watching her kids play sports, and drinking lots of coffee.

Jennifer Gray is a licensed master social worker. She attended Tennessee Wesleyan University for her undergraduate degree in human services and attended Southern Adventist University for her master’s in social work.

Jennifer is a current member of Phi Alpha honors society. She worked in geriatric care for 10 years, 6 of which was for Hospice of Chattanooga.

Jennifer came to the CAC in June of 2023. She served as a therapist until October of 2024 and is now currently the Clinical Director in the Mental Health office. Jennifer is passionate about being around children and ensuring they have a safe space to engage in therapy.

Megan received her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Social Work degrees from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

She joined CAC as a therapist in May of 2024 after her internship.

Megan is passionate about making mental health resources accessible for survivors of child abuse, and helping the healing process of those who have been impacted.

Kayla believes in championing little voices and bringing about justice!

As a dedicated child and family advocate, she is committed to creating brighter futures and nurturing every child’s potential.

Together, she believes we can build a world where no victim is silenced, every family feels supported, and every child can thrive.

Kailey began as a volunteer in 2023 and was hired in 2024. During her short time here, she has provided child abuse prevention education to over 2,500 students within the LMJC District. She is currently in the Bachelor of Social Work Program at Dalton State College and plans to pursue a Masters of Social Work Degree following graduation.

She holds a deep passion for child advocacy and education and loves to spread awareness through community involvement.

In her spare time, Kailey enjoys running, spending time with loved ones, and reading books.

Janet has been working in the criminal justice and children’s advocacy field for 39 years and has been with CAC-LMJC part-time as a forensic interviewer since August 2018. She serves as the primary forensic interviewer at our Summerville, GA satellite office and is our representative at Chattooga County meetings and events.

She believes in the CAC protocol so much that she was a member of the “Dream Team” that started the Children’s Advocacy Center in Rome, GA in 1995. She continued supporting CAC when she became an advocate and forensic interviewer with the CAC in Rome in 2011.

Janet believes working with children and working at the CAC is her calling and truly loves communicating with children.

Shannon Taylor, a proud mom of two, grew up in the Northwest Georgia area, where her deep roots have shaped a lifelong dedication to helping others. Her journey into social work was shaped by her own experiences surviving abuse. Those challenges sparked a lasting passion for advocacy, healing, and empowering others. That commitment shows in her career choice in administration and Social Work and her active involvement in the community.

Outside of her work, Shannon’s a book lover, spontaneous adventurer, creative home cook, and budding gardener who finds joy in nurturing both plants and people. Her love for all living things extends to volunteering with animal rescue groups and human services organizations. She also serves on the board of the Family Crisis Center, working to create meaningful change.

Shannon is deeply committed to supporting survivors of trauma and abuse. Her lived experience, empathy, and focus on service of others guide her efforts to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families.
